alliesmommy2007 asked: Our faucet in our tub is leaking we believe it is hot water cause the water is warm. Is there an easy way to fix it without calling a plumber? We have ensured that the hot and cold water knobs are completely turned off tight.

ChoobiesMom asked: My shower faucet doesn’t turn the full 180 degrees, only 90 degrees, so the water doesn’t get hot enough for a shower. I know it’s not the water heater because every other faucet in the house works fine. Is this an easy fix?

alison asked: I own some apartments and one of the faucets is leaking. It’s old, from 1977, it’s a single hole kitchen faucet, and the only replacement I can find is on ebay which will take 3 days. Is there any way I could fix the faucet, I’ve tried to take it apart, but you can only take a few pieces off. Any advice, it just continues to drip.

jjj asked: I have two separte knobs for my kitchen faucet and the one with the warm water stopped working. It keeps dripping and it won’t shut off so I turned off the main warm water valve below. Also the cold side makes a loud vibrating noise when I turn it on full, it works fine though. So do I need a new faucet or is there a way to fix this? By the way, this one is only about 8 months old.

Seoul Man asked: I somehow pulled off the knob (on the top of the faucet) and its attached rod that direct water from the bathtub faucet to the showerhead. Then a rectangular plastic piece with a rubber washer fell out of the actual bathtub faucet. It’s the piece that I presume blocks the water flow so that it comes out of the showerhead.
I can’t figure out how to fix this. Anybody have any ideas?
